Lady luck's shining bright..

Lady luck is definitely shinning bright for me! :D
Just today, I received two great news!

1. Got the best attendance award for Aug and was rewarded with 2 dance tix to Political Mother on sat!
2. Was shortlisted as the Campus Spy Blogger for Youth.SG representing LASALLE! :D

ok it seems abit boastful that I'm so super elated at the news and sharing it with everyone. (Some people will accuse me of being just that!) But anyways, I just wanted to share the joy and hope that you guys will support me on Youth.SG once I'm all set up with Vina. :)

Tomorrow's the supposed celebration day for Children's day for most primary schools (that's what I heard) hence have decided to surprise the sister by bring her out. Wonder where should I bring her to go.. hmmmm.

Anyone has any nice ideas?

a busy sunday

It was granddad's birthday last sunday and we finally ate together as a family.
coming from a semi-traditional family, we are pretty close-knit.
my aunts, uncles, cousins all return to grandma's place for dinner every night. :)
but it's pretty hard to have brekkie together after morning mass every sunday. haha.

anyways, we had a fab meal as usual! :D

For those of you who are wondering, we went to Serangoon Garden Country Club's Yumcha restaurent! :D I love love love dimsum breakfast so if there are any dimsum lovers out there, COME ASK ME OUT! As long as its quality dimsum, i'll be there! hahah.

Wanted to catch a movie afterwards with Siszy and cousins but it was rated PG13 so only Andrea and I could head in and we decided to abandon plan afterwards.

Wanted to catch Contagion with boyf this friday. Anyone know if it's any good?
