As I'm starting my job soon with National Arts Council for the SG Arts Fest, our irregular schedules will make it harder than ever to meet up. :( Before our meetups are becoming impossible, I'm hoping to catch one last movie together with the boyfie and make it memorable. :) With the upcoming Pirates of the Caribbean sequel coming up, i know exactly what we should watch!
The upcoming sequel's synopsis is pretty enchanting with Jack Sparrow finally coming head on with Blackbeard! For those who don't read very often, Blackbeard is the legendary pirate who is the most vicious and ferocious ever to rule the Seven Seas. It wasn't just a character created for this movie! He was created long before Pirates of the Caribbean was written! :D
I love almost all Johnny Depp movie and as an action movie lover, boyfie is pretty excited about this movie too!
In this upcoming movie, its byebye to Kiera Knightley and Orlando Bloom but HELLO PENELOPE CRUZ! :D and of course the well known Ian McShane (which if I'm not wrong, plays Magneto in X-Men). Kiera is pretty but come on, Penelope is hot! With her pretty little face and strong character attitude, she's sure to be a fresh addition to the whole story. I really can't wait to watch it!
The only disappointing fact is that it only starts screening on 19th of May which is 2 days after my new job's starting date. With this blog entry, I'm soooo hoping that Nuffnang SG will award me with 2 tix to the gala premier on the 16th and hopefully have a good time with the boyfie before it gets harder to meet up.
(Plus, we haven't watched a movie together in eons. :( )
