today I met Godmum for brunch at Plaza Sing.
We went to Secret Recipe,
and then they took so long to seat us, strike one.

today I met Godmum for brunch at Plaza Sing.
We went to Secret Recipe,
and then they took so long to seat us, strike one.
fine. nevermind.
then we sat down and decided what to eat.
when we were ready to order,
they took infinity to come and take our orders.
infinity refers to calling them 5 times and coming only almost 10mins later.
strike two.
Next, the waitress didnt take Godmum's order.
strike three.
When i asked for my cafe latte,
they told me ok. coming right up.
half an hour later, i'm still waiting for my latte.
the second time i'm asking for my latte,
this waitress snapped at me saying Its not ready with the attitude face.

I'm so fed up with the service there.
they are obviously understaffed.
there are only about 5 or 6 of them on duty.
but still, the kitchen is slow, cause my order took around almost an hour to come.
strike five.
so i really don't know what i should say.
If you know ure understaffed, shouldnt u work faster cause there are more and more customers strolling in?
why are you still taking your own sweet time?
and all the ppl that served us are very grouchy.
as though they hate their jobs and want to tell u,
'"don't call me! i'm busy as i already am."

there is only ONE waitress who smiled when talking to us.
even when i was abit pissed (clearly shown on my face)
she is a malay waitress with the headress.
there is only one malay waitress with the headress on duty today.
i didnt manage to catch her name.
but i want to thank her for serving us with a smile.
I want to write in and feedback on her nice service attitude.

because she is really trying her best, and you can see she is trying her best to smile and juggle orders plus bring out the food.
Another thing besides service,
is FOOD.
there are TWO places I am never going to patronize ever again!
one is the seafood place at Labrador.
the other one is Secret Recipe at plaza sing.
because,
the seafood is NOTHING fantastic,
and yet its very expensive!
they put coupon on newspaper say got seaview seats.
i look out the window,
got sea mehs?
please lorhs.
i see trees.

the "sea" view is so far away from the seat and window, u don't see much.
and then the tables are from ikea.
and i don't know what else to say man.
expensive and not good atmosphere.
so definitely not going back agains.
