tah day!

WHEE! I'M SUPERGIRL! ok. i'm not. Today's common test topic was ... Can we do without fast food outlets? Well, I DID THIS QUESTION N FINISHED IN 15 MINS!! (beam proudly!) like duh!~ its a super easy topic. We're a fast food nation (ok. there was a movie abt this...) so how can we do WITHOUT fast food? U WANNA KILL ME?! huh? haha. I'm abit high so this post will be uber crazy. lol. : P

Ok. Baaaack to the TOPIC! FAST FOOD! *FSHOOM! FAST!

Fast food has become such a ritual in life, we totally cant live without it. Ok, maybe some could. But not me! Fast food was deduced as a name because it was precise the point. Fast Food = food that could be prepared fast, bought fast and ate fast. ALL FAST. Isnt it so? Yes, fast food is unhealthy, to the body and mind - in a way. Well, how can eating fat-filled burgers, drinking high-leveled sugared drinks and munching on oily and high salt content fries be healthy in any way? It sure isnt.

So what if doctors have been warning about the disadvantages of eating too much fast food? McDonalds are still reaping in heaps of money on burgers and fries itself. ITS A LUXURY! A DELIGHT! Its a SIMPLE PLEASURE of life. ^^ U surely cant deprive the people of that can u? If you can, i think you're physco. The thing that got people, especially students, so hooked up with fast food is because its cheap - to an extent at least. Students can save up one day's or maybe even half a day's allowance to afford a meal at the nearby McDonalds or KFC. Yea. Some will be more expensive so lesser students can afford lunching there. But not to PIZZA HUT. The outlet at Compasspoint (which is near my sch) is actually packed with students. mostly from the nearby schools. Including mine. I lunch there with my friends too. Its a luxury. I mean u just have to save like 7 plus 8 bucks and tah dah. U can easily afford a student lunch set. (Although it is stated 5.95. but the gst n service charges made it up to 7.95 or something. close to 8.)


OK. I dunno why we have changed to poshy restaurents but the bottomline is... We're a fast food nation, how can nayone do without the fast food outlets. DUN U DARE CLOSE IT DOWN HUH! ^^
